FAQ - Video/audio syncronization issues

Q. The video and audio fall out of sync during playback of the online archives.

A. We check all our videos for syncronization prior to releasing them to the public.  We recommend that you refresh your browser page, and replay the video. If you then scroll to the time that you experienced the problem, you should find that the video is not out of sync. Most likely what happened is that your browser had a hiccup with the playback, and caused a sync issue. This may occur more frequently on mobile devices.  Mobile devices do not typically have the processing power of a standard computer, and therefore the playback could get out of sync.
