2. Tofu Mayonnaise
Blend in a blender till creamy:
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Add:
1 pkg. (12.3 oz.) firm silken tofu (Mori-Nu)
1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Blend till creamy. Store in refrigerator.
